Christina Ching, MD

Christina B. Ching, MD is a member of the Department of Pediatric Urology at Nationwide Children's Hospital. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and then completed a year of general surgery and five years of Urology training at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. She has completed a two year fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Clinically, Dr. Ching provides care for children with all aspects of urologic problems including urinary tract infections, hydronephrosis, urinary incontinence, hypospadias, kidney stones, ureteral reflux, spina bifida, and other complex pelvic and urinary conditions. She does have a basic science research laboratory that is NIH funded to look at the innate response to urinary tract infections in order to better understand UTI susceptibility.
