Stacy Loeb, MD
Dr. Stacy Loeb is a Professor of Urology and Population Health at New York University (NYU) and the Manhattan Veterans Affairs, specializing in prostate cancer. Dr. Loeb completed her urology residency training at Johns Hopkins and subsequently received a Masters of Science in Comparative Effectiveness Research at NYU. She has an honorary PhD from Uppsala University in Sweden. She currently has grants from the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Department of Defense for her prostate cancer research.
Dr. Loeb has published >375 peer-reviewed articles and 10 book chapters, primarily on prostate cancer. She is on the Editorial Board for the European Urology, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Nature Reviews Urology and Reviews in Urology. Dr. Loeb also frequently gives international lectures on prostate cancer, and hosts the Men’s Health Show on Sirius XM 110 satellite radio. She is Chair of the AUA Public Media Committee.
