Tracy M. Downs, MD FACS is a urologic oncologist with a subspecialty focus in bladder cancer. He is a Professor of Urology at the University of Virginia and the Chief Diversity and Community Engagement Officer (CDCEO) within the UVA Health System. Dr. Downs is also a member of the R. Frank Urologic Society ( African American Urologist Society for the AUA).
