Maxwell Meng, MD
Dr. Meng is Professor and Chief of Urologic Oncology in the Department of Urology at the University of California San Francisco. He has been on the faculty since 2003, after completing his residency and fellowships also at UCSF. He has interests in all areas of urologic oncology, ranging from active surveillance for prostate cancer to minimally invasive surgical techniques to advanced testicular and renal cell carcinomas. He is director of the fellowship program and is actively involved in the AUA, ACS, SUO, and Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology. Dr. Meng currently serves on the on the SUO fellowship committee, the scientific advisory board of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, and the editorial boards of Urologic Oncology and British Journal of Urology International. He is also an assistant editor for The Joural of Urology.
