Introductions and Objectives
We present a report of two patients undergone Robot-assisted adrenal adrenal metastasectomy in the setting of large sized tumor.

Methods
Case 1. Patient male of 70 years old with a history of locally advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma managed with transarterial chemoembolization, at 2 years follow-up he has left adrenal tumor 9 x 6 cm treated with external radiotherapy and radiofrequency ablation without response. Case. 2 Patient male of 59 years old with a diagnosis of Adenocarcinoma of the Lung and left lobectomy, after 12 months of surgery presents right with adrenal massof 8 x 6 cm.

Results
The global procedure was performed with the robot-assisted method. In case 1, the operative time was 160 minutes, estimated blood loss was 300 ml and hospital stay was 3 days. The pathological diagnoses were metastatic pleomorphic hepatocellular carcinoma with anaplastic giant cells. In case 2, the operative time was 490 min, estimated blood loss was 600 ml and hospital stay was 4 days. The pathological diagnoses were an undifferentiated carcinoma positive for keratin 7. No intraoperative complications were reported.

Conclusions
The robotic metastesectomy of large adrenal tumor may consider a feasible and safe procedure for the patient providing adequate control of resection margins. Prospective studies are required to include a larger number of patients and long-term monitoring to assess the results of this procedure in comparison to open and laparoscopic techniques.
