We present the surgery performed on a patient diagnosed with gender dysphoria. We made a dry technique vaginoplasty.
Results
cosmetic and functional appearance with the technique used was satisfactory.
Conclusions
vaginoplasty is a complex technique with satisfactory functional and cosmetic results
